Posted on Jul 7, 2012 If Leading Tech is calculated from the average research quality of the top 5 research leaders for each product and Average Quality is calculated from store sales... how is possible that there were more quality in store sales than in research lab?For example look at this: Product Average Quality Leading Tech Coconut______27.3________26.2 Mango_______26.8________23.2 Pineapple_____22.3________21.6 Watermelon___27.1________23.0 This information was taken at 3:10PM in Server Time 07-July-2012 How can we sell a quality wich isn't researched? Who can explain it? |

Posted on Jul 7, 2012 The answer is in the bottom of that info page that you quoted.** Leading Tech is calculated from the average research quality of the top 5 research leaders for each product. So it is possible and very likely to have the No. 1 researcher for the product to have higher tech than the leading tech in that page. It is only possible for leading researcher not to have higher tech level than the average if all top 5 have the same tech level. If you have 5 researchers with the following tech level: 50, 45, 40, 35, 30, then the leading tech for the product is 40 but there are two companies that can produce better quality items. Those are for products which quality are based purely on the tech level (anything that only require water and/or electricity to produce). For other products, it is also possible to get higher quality from using higher quality raw materials. |
