Comes now, Hyram Bedwetter, Chair & CEO of Bedwetter Farms,
to duly file this Policies and Procedures document in support of shareholder rights:


BEDWETTER FARMS
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES



SECTION I - CORPORATE POLICY

A. GOING CONCERN
1. As Bedwetter Farms is a going concern, the daily activities will be directly managed by the Chair, including research, expansion, production and purchasing.
2. Bedwatter Farms operates on a wholesale business to business model and will not expand into retail.

B. SHAREHOLDER RIGHTS
1. Shareholders are to use the Court of Econosia (EoS Litigations forum) for all actions involving Bedwetter Farms.
2. By becoming a shareholder of Bedwetter Farms, you agree to and are subject to this Policies and Procedures document and all amendments duly ratified.

C. SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL
1. All actions requiring sharehold approval will be done by vote via SoE mail.
a. Each of the top five (5) shareholders (including the Chair), at the time the vote is submitted to the shareholders, will receive 1 vote;
b. Those shareholders have 24 hours to respond or the Chair's vote will be considered that shareholder's proxy.
c. Results will be posted in the Policies and Procedures thread.
d. Should a top 5 shareholder sell shares or otherwise fall out a top 5 position within the 24 hour voting period, the Chair's vote will count as proxy.

D. CORPORATE NAME
1. The name of Bedwetter Farms shall not be changed.


SECTION II - CASH POLICY

A. CASH REQUIREMENTS
1. There shall be held in the company's Bank of Econosia cash account no less than what is required to pay full 24 hours worth of purchases, production costs, maintenance, salaries, dividends and an allowance for tax at the current rate based on projected sales, rounded up.
a. Current requirements are $10M.
b. This amount will be updated by the Chair no less than weekly.

B. LOANS
1. The Chair will endeavor to not needlessly burden the company with loans. Therefore, no loan will be taken without the approval of shareholders.

C. APPRAISALS
1. No appraisals will be ordered other than what is provided free of charge by the Bank of Econosia (1am server maintenance time).

D. CHAIRMAN COMPENSATION
1. The Chair may request changes to the compensation received no more than once per week.
2. Changes to compensation will be by shareholder approval.


SECTION III - STOCK POLICY

A. SYMBOL
1. Bedwetter Farms will trade under the ticker symbol of BF.

B. DIVIDENDS
1. Dividends will be decided by shareholder approval.
2. Current dividend rate is $0.01 per share.

C. ISSUANCE
1. Further stock issuance will be done by shareholder approval.

D. SPLIT
1. Stocks will split when share price reaches $200.


SECTION IV - OTHER PROCEDURES

A. AMENDMENTS
1. Amendments to this document may be proposed by any of the top five shareholders (including the Chair).
a. No amendment will receive consideration if it is in duplicate or contains subject matter already reviewed in the previous seven (7) days.
2. The Chair will approve or disapprove all amendments.
3. All adoption of amendments will be by shareholder approval.
4. Changes to this document involving spelling errors, gramatical errors or organizational changes that do not substantially change the intent of the policy or procedure shall be done at the will of the Chair.

The following 3 items were submitted for shareholder approval, with results following:

1. III.B.2. Increase dividend to $0.01 per share per day.

2. I.C.1(a) Change wording so that the top five shareholders are considered only at the time the vote is submitted.

3. I.C.1(d) Should a top 5 shareholder sell shares or otherwise fall out a top 5 position within the 24 hour voting period, the Chair's vote will count as proxy.
