Bug Report: Improperly Displayed Dates on Revenue Screen

I did a "workaround" by going back 23 hours instead of 24 for the revenue screen, so it works, but the side effect is I'll probably be very confused the next time I see that part of the code.

Another PBBG I play, Tycoon Online, has been around for 4 years now and still had two March 10ths this week (-:
