Can't sell my second company?!

I really want to sell it as it's a failed enterprise, I didn't have enough money to set it up. I've sold all the inventory, stores, R&D, Factories.

I just sold a company and had no problems. I let the AI sell all the assets, though. But cheer up, You're well on your way to being the next Bain Capital!
