Posted on Apr 20, 2012 Could someone explain to me how making 23K units of Bottled Water takes 99K bottles? I mean, that doesn't even add up to six-packs.

Posted on Apr 20, 2012 The base production is:2.00 [Electricity] + 3.00 [Water] + 6.00 [Plastic Bottle] which would make the bottled water product be a six pack. The economy of scale bonus to production means that you only use 99k bottles instead of the 138k bottles you would have. At least with bottles you can pretend people are bringing them in for recycling or something. I'm really not sure how when I make lots of whole chickens, I use less than a chicken per chicken... it's best not to think too hard about it. :) |
