Posted on Apr 20, 2013 It would be nice to write contracts for different lengths, up to a month. It gets annoying to start a project, and have your contract expire in the middle and have to wait for a new one to continue on with an employer that is going to keep you going. sometimes it can take days to get the communications done due to geography alone. Being able to pick a number of weeks for the length of the deal would be a huge benefit to all concerned. Its not like an employer can't fire you if they need to.

Posted on Apr 20, 2013 You can hire up to 30 days nowI'm not a fan of having the minimum be a percentage if the company worth. Meaning I have to start someone off at 75billion a day to work..... |
