Do overall sales slow during store expansion?

Posted on Apr 8, 2012 I can't check inventory or sales during expansion? am I looking in the wrong place or is just the way the game is?

Posted on Apr 8, 2012 Sales are non-existent (and hence inventory static) during expansion. The store resumes sales the moment expansion is done.Note: if being off-line for an extended period is going to be killing your balance sheet, you can immediately finish the expansion of a facility by clicking on it during expansion and hitting the hurry button on the bottom right of the window. The text there will give a little context for the situation. If you're a young company, expansion of this sort is gloriously free -- it will cost you nothing to accomplish. So you should basically always do it. When your company grows sufficiently large, hurrying expansion will start to involve a cost, so enjoy the free ride while you can. |
