Posted on Jun 5, 2012 Dear HHRETSC*,Not sure that I am allowed to speech in this Court as simple Econosia citizens, but since it's a massiv day-one fraud, I would humbly suggest the company liquidation and 5 years jail. A fine would kill anyway the company future, actual management would drop it immediatly to start a new one. ( *Honorable and Highly Respectable Executionner of The Suprem Court ) |

Posted on Jun 5, 2012 Company liquidation and four years in jail. Which I think is light considering his use of several alternate accounts which is forbidden on the new server. |

Posted on Jun 5, 2012 I think you can't set too harsh of an example. Activities like that will just piss off people really trying to play the game.

Posted on Jun 5, 2012 I suggest that his account get reset and be warned not to do this again. No jail time since we need players to play (fair).

Posted on Jun 5, 2012 If there is evidence he is a repeat offender from the alpha board, then I say no punishment is too harsh. If there is evidence that he is new to the beta, then I suggest we follow Edwin Quintanilla's suggestion with a first warning. I don't keep enough track of player names to know myself. :) |

Posted on Jun 6, 2012 As a complimentary fine i also sugest that he's research levels be reset since they are part of the fraud and influence the world we play in.

Posted on Jun 6, 2012 The longer it goes on the steeper the penalty needs to be.Justice is diminished when it is not swift. |

Posted on Jun 6, 2012 I suggest permaban for all accounts involved with no possibility of parole. He was known to be a repeat offender and it was extremely crippling if such action is unchecked in the first days in this incarnation. |

Posted on Jun 6, 2012 Yep, if he has a history, then I'd be fine with anything up to and including the death penalty.

Posted on Jun 6, 2012 Especially if his research is fraudulent, which is obviously is.The higher he attains research levels, the easier it is for others to follow his path... and that creates a false research fast-track. Just ban him, liquidate his assets, and leave no trace |
