Posted on Apr 21, 2012 Having to pay salaries is obviously a good start, but has there been any thought given towards the potential pitfalls of employing a bunch of people? I guess I'm thinking about a "happiness meter" of sorts that'd be affected by how many hours each shift of workers is doing, how they're being paid, whether unions are involved, etc. I'm not sure if you wanted to delve that deeply into that side of simulating businesses, but I feel like there'd be ample opportunity to use employees as a way to level the playing field for small operations that can take good care of their employees versus huge factories that sometimes don't.
