I've researched Filtered Water at 68. But the water I'm manufacturing outputs at 46.9
Any idea why?

You used to be able to, but then that got nerfed with the addition of Filtered Water.

I believe you can use filtered water to product filtered water. Perhaps that would circumvent the requirement for water Q.

Brian,

You need to re-filter the previous filtered water. Then keep on repeating until you hit your maximum. Be careful though as you r-filter you do will see a loss in the end water volume.
