Posted on Apr 8, 2012 FLUFFY CO ANNOUNCES PLANS FOR AN INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERINGChicago - April 7th 2012 - Fluffy Company, the manufacturer of all things fluffy, has announced plans for an initial public offering of 200 Million Class A shares, of which 50 million will be available for purchase at $1 per share. The company's shares are expected to begin trading on the market on April 9th, 2011 under the ticker symbol "FFF". Fluffy Company has announced that it with the revenue generated by it's IPO, it plans to expand it's current line of business, with the extra possibility into expanding into new verticals.
