IPO funds

ioannis mastrogiorgis RJ: CO: bottom line Post Rating: 0 + / - Total Posts: 8 Karma: 10 Joined: Oct 1, 2015	Posted on Dec 1, 2015 I bought new IPO shares of a company for about 180b, I got the 90% but neither the company or the previous owner got the funds. Where the funds goes from IPO?

I bought 2 companies in this manner and mine worked ok. I'm not sure if something in the code is not working correctly since the last time the server went down.
