IPO Question

Everyone was telling me that it is just NW above 30M (level 6). But I can not IPO and I am wondering if it is because my company fame is only level 5. If this is the case, how do I increase my company fame? Thank you!

I was able to IPO my public company on its very first day just by dumping 30 million into it, appraising, and doing an IPO. If you can't do it, maybe it changed after all the recent fraud with public companies? If that's the case, I'm not sure what the new req would be. Hopefully someone who knows comes along.

I am not sure if something has changed, I have a bug, or my NW went down somehow between the estimate and initiating the IPO, but I cannot do it. NW 31.6M. Anyone know anything?
