You actually didn't do anything wrong, just that the stores changed to shelved system, where each store has 8 shelves to sell items, thus each store can sell only 8 items at the same time, for the other items you have in your warehouse you need to build other stores and sell them trhough there, or sell them on B2B or wait till an item sells out and put the other item in the empty shell.

see the following thread for info on shelves

thanks for the reply but your reply make my think of more question
Question A: just so i understand you right then i can only sell 8 item in my story at time?
Question B: can i buy more shelving for my store?
Question C: can i keep all this 155 item and sell them later they will not damage?
Question D: if i expand my story what is the benefit?
Question E: should i buy gas station to sell my item faster?

A) yes
B) no
C) yes
D) you will sell faster

If you build another store of same type, it will give you extra 8 shelves to sell 8 others products.

Another thing to consider is the number of the 8 shelves you use. It doesnt work the old way where if you didnt stock something its wasted power. The new way is if you only stock one shelf, then 100% of the store power goes into selling that one item.

Assuming you're talking about filtered water which cannot be sold directly in stores but is used in the production of food and beverage products.

Depending on their contribution (in Q% and cost) to the end product, your research level and the world average quality for that product.

If the world average quality is sky high, and you have 0 research in it, I'd just go for the Q0 water (A) since low quality cannot damage your price below a certain point.

On the other hand, if the water accounts for >10% of final product quality but only contributes to 2% of total production cost, and you have a decent amount of research in the product, then I'd use B.

If the water cost only accounts for <0.1% of total production cost but >10% quality effect, then I'd go for C.

Oh my. There is a pretty good chance you got lucky, but will find your remaining stock fairly worthless soon, and the CEO of that company has left the country or is in jail.

As for all that remaining inventory you mentioned, it will not go stale or get damaged. It will just clutter up your warehouses until you manage to sell it off. You might find it handy for when you are between production runs, or need to fill a shelf on the short term for other reasons.
