Q-adjusted wholesale multiplier

I think every player eventually starts using this number more than other measures of product value, and while I like multiplying/dividing in my head, after thousands of times it is becoming tedious. Also, since quality became a float it is more difficult/annoying to mentally calculate quickly. Rounded to one decimal place would be great.
