For example: .0499 or .0651. It is hard to compete when changing the value by .01 increase/decreases the markup by 10% or more. Question is: Are dividend paid on unowned shares? If so that is wrong.

If so that is wrong. Those shares are not unowned by rather owned by NPC's. Scott stated this somewhere but I can't remember where.

I mean if you wanna sell at 0.10 just wait til someone needs a big order, if you wanna sell quick sell at 0.08 or whatever!!
