Posted on Apr 5, 2012 I certainly agree there needs to be some boundaries set, but there are good reasons to remove structures from a public company, for example, if the last CEO didn't exactly know what he was doing and built something uselessly. Perhaps shareholder approval is needed only if the size of the structures are over a specific amount.

Posted on Apr 5, 2012 Thanks for your concerns. I will be re-writing the whole system based on how SQL privileges are assigned, instead of using hard-coded roles such as General manager, CTO, CMO, etc.
