Rebuilding R&D

R&D is company property (think of it as trade secrets, say), so as long as you don't actually sell the company itself it'll retain that level of research. Players currently hurting under the maint. costs of R&D facilities they don't actively need may want to consider liquidating the things for just that reason. You can always rebuild in the future if you want to start pursuing research actively again, and with daily maint. fees being fairly substantial this is a smart move if you're going to want to take a break from that research for more than a few days.

Then I could have an imaginary company doing my real-life job for imaginary money!
