Posted on Nov 15, 2012 Are we looking at the beginning of the end here? I've been noticing a LOT of fairly extreme hangups and delays in processing requests on the EoS and forum side. CO side seems a lot more responsive though.I'm wondering if maybe nobody is paying for the server anymore, and it's being autothrottled whenever paying customers need bandwidth, and otherwise simply being allowed to continue to function until another paying customer signs up? If this is the case, and if Scott sees this post, why not at least allow the community the option of taking this over? |

Posted on Nov 17, 2012 Wow, right now the server slowness is pretty bad. Anyone else seeing this? 2+ minutes between actions?

Posted on Nov 18, 2012 Well, there isn't anyone here on this forum who knows anything more about this. The only person who does is Scott and he doesn't seem to be here. All that is left to do for us is speculate.So, speculation. Scott either is unable or unwilling to support this game right now. If he is unable we can only assume he has some type of personal crisis and hope for the best for him. If he is unwilling we can only assume he got fed up with the way things were going before he vanished and hope that he will either find the motivation to return to us again or maybe transfer the power to the (ever-shrinking) community. |
