(Beta server). Hopefully they will be banned.

Don't be surprised if things like this happen when you have less than 50% control of a company. Capitalism is hard!

The person who ran it for a while sold all their shares and I became chairman again - so I set most things to expand for a week so it would be a bit bigger for the next person who wanted to try their hand at it. Unfortunately, it was raided - which is one of the reasons why I quit active play in this game - too may jerks and not enough rules to keep the jerks from ruining the game for the rest of us.
