Posted on Sep 28, 2014 the server (capitalism-online.com) is very slow I have 7 company 97 buildings and i was 80 min to let my buildings start running. In test server i have 8 company and 153 buildings and it toke only 37 min to let my building start running. hope my English is understandable. take care end enjoy the game |

Posted on May 17, 2015 Yeah, sometimes actually, though "spike-y" - for a while it's great, then it goes slow, and suddenly it's fast again :-/ Bruce, you didn't say, did you notice it too?

Posted on May 17, 2015 I have the same problem. The server has been down for about an hour so far. I was playing at the time and everything froze. I reloaded the page and can't get it to even come up at the moment. Strange how the test server is working as well as the forums etc.

Posted on May 18, 2015 The server is now officially down. I can't even log in to CO. RJ is still working fine.@Johann: Yes it was spikey for me too over the last week prior to it going down. |

Posted on May 18, 2015 I got a response from Scott - to quote the relevant parts from his response:"The error reported seems to be a server error with the capitalism-online.com server, and I've filed a support ticket to the hosting company for this matter. It should be resolved in a few hours." So, yay :-) |

Posted on May 18, 2015 It appears to be coming back, but currently super-slow - maybe it needs to catch up from being down for about 24h?

Posted on May 18, 2015 Actually nm, it doesn't look like it simulates it, looking at my store sales in the news I see that entries jump from May 17, 2015 9:45 PM to May 18, 2015 8:15 PM.

Posted on May 18, 2015 Happy it is back online, I feared I might be bankrupt ;D The system restore looks to have taken us back an hour or two from when it crashed and of course we did not produce while the system was offline, but am pleased it is now working again.Thanks to John Smith for emailing the admin and getting the problem resolved. |
