Mind you I screwed up my start and had to get bailed out...

But I would suggest sinking 2-3m into construction and production of course, get your empire started

And put the rest back into paying off that loan.

Unfortunately the interest alone is going to cut into your profits substantitally in the first 1-2 days

i realised that my 10m store isnt selling much.... like average 1 item for every 15minutes.... how do i remedy this? price my product lower? or increase the size of the store?

i would not have repay any loan. in fact i keep borrowing the max amount that i could.
because i know my return of investment is definitely more than 1%

My store is only 40m, it is mostly all about pricing the product right.

What is the average QL level of your target market?

If you're trying to sell QL 0 items for the same price as everyone else selling QL 25... you have to knock the price down
