Posted on May 10, 2013 1) can you change ticker "name"2) at a minimum the top 3 shareholders should be visible seen in the stock portfolio. I'm the only minority owner for some stocks and since its such a small number the majority owner does not know who to contact to buy 100%.... |

Posted on May 14, 2013 Don't worry, according to section 672.1 of the Econosia Civil Code in a closet far far away:If all other shareholders own less than 1% of total shares of a company, OR are inactive for more than 14 days, the majority shareholder will be able to simply "force buyback" those shares from you at 1.5X average market price over 7 days, or 1.5X actual networth, whichever is greater. Actual numbers are subject to change. |
