Strange Bug - IPO Money Disappears

I've gotten one report where the IPO money disappeared or never showed up.

So far I'm able to confirm the instance but not able to track down the code/environment that may have caused it.

Please let me know if this ever happens to you so I can track down the problem and fix it once and for all.
