Posted on Apr 21, 2012 Minor nitpick: This should actually be a criminal case instead of a lawsuit, the difference being that a criminal offence is a wrong committed against the state (ie the community as a whole), whereas a lawsuit falls under civil law and deals with disputes between individuals and corporations. In this case, no investors were directly harmed. In fact many players (including myself) accidentally made money off of it. The real harm in this affair lies in the exploitation of the game engine to improperly gain advantage in the game, which impedes the ability of every other player to enjoy the game.

Posted on Apr 21, 2012 I request CON is removed from this list. The company belongs to me, and I have not defrauded any funds at any point of time. If it is not removed, expect a lawsuit for defamation of character and slander.

Posted on Apr 21, 2012 CON was part of the scheme, after the fraud the controlling shares belong to Rip and you bought enough shares to take over recently. I don't know if you are the original owner of the company before IPO, if not maybe you're not part of the fraud. |

Posted on Apr 21, 2012 While the tag can't, unfortunately, be changed, I assure you that the staff of the company is working on radically changing the reputation that such tag holds and reversing his balance sheet.I believe that stock price and my personal involvement in CON could be taken as proof that this is a promising company. edit: also, the supermarket is being upgraded to 110 m^2, but as you might know upgrading buildings take time. the warehouse already holds a large stock of everything that can be sold when the store is finally finished, tomorrow. I should also add that the negative net worth is a proof of honesty more than everything else. when George Melons took control of CON, the number was certainly much more appealing, but also much more FAKE. I understand that at this time it may look like a doomed company, but all I ask for is a bit of patience. |
