Posted on Apr 21, 2012 After creating a probability function p(v) (and analyzing the eigenvalues of the Hessian of p) to determine the likelihood of the statement:Andrea Echozon created "Totally Legit" solely to use it as part of a pump-and-dump scheme (see also her new company "Newnew") and that she intended to dishonestly capitalize on the legitimacy of my totally legitimate business "Totally Legit, Inc.", I have come to the conclusion that: Andrea Echozon created "Totally Legit" solely to use it as part of a pump-and-dump scheme (see also her new company "Newnew") and that she intended to dishonestly capitalize on the legitimacy of my totally legitimate business "Totally Legit, Inc." Posted on Apr 22, 2012 I'd like to present some facts to the court.1) I am male. This is mostly a formality and I don't blame Mr. Matician for this 2) I did not found either of those companies. Rather, I bought some stocks after the market crash that gave me the position of Chair and CEO of those companies. This happened after the whole pump and dump scheme. here is a full record of my transaction with Totally legit and Newnew. please note time stamps, prices and quantity of stock. together with the records, there are also some logs regarding my time as CEO and Chair. Totally legit (APPL) Purchase 519164 $0.19 $99,500.08 2012-04-21 03:45:23 Sales 496731 $0.30 $147,753.29 2012-04-21 03:49:30 Purchase 172861 $0.32 $55,660.38 2012-04-21 04:13:32 Sales 169978 $0.32 $54,055.73 2012-04-21 04:14:47 the second purchase was an attempt to keep control of the company while I was appraising its value. As you might notice, I sold most of it after deeming the company worthless. I only kept a nominal presence which caused me to lose my Chair and CEO status for much of the last 2 months, as shown in the following documents. After getting control of the company, I deemed it worthless like I did with Totally legit. See the sale of most of my stocks, keeping only a nominal presence. here there are records of the loans, courtesy of Newnew's archives. Now that there is plenty of proof in the court of my innocence, there is still one point to address. Sometime in the next 2 months one of my private companies will issue stocks. Such a civil lawsuit will damage my reputation, and so that of my company, decreasing its value on the market. Since Mr. Matician is causing me economic damage, I demand reparations. A quick appraisal estimates the money lost at about 5M. |

I managed to recover documents similar to those found in Newnew's archives. Apr 21, 2012 2:25 AM You have successfully taken out a loan in the amount of $1,298,512,730.61 Apr 21, 2012 2:27 AM You have successfully taken out a loan in the amount of $1,947,769,095.92 Please look at the time stamps. You will note that the pump and dump scam happened before I even bought any stock of the company, just like with Newnew. Before leaving Totally legit, I (legally) obtained copies of all recent documents. I am willing to post any document regarding the 2 involved companies, at the request of the court. |

Posted on Apr 22, 2012 Matt Matician expresses his deepest apology for incorrectly stating Andrea's gender as female.Matt Matician has no way of verifying that the text pasted is true, but, assuming it is (and Matt is assuming it is), Matt issues a full retraction regarding his suit against Andrea and poses a single question to the court instead: how does one check who founded a company? |
