Posted on Jun 7, 2012 Right now hiring people is a huge expense. My 10 million dollar company would be charged 1 million to hire someone. And a week later I get charged again because i have to "find" the guy again to keep him? Ouch.How about a way to hire someone that you've already found - either through a previous job search assignment or just a friend of yours. Maybe you could just click on a player and have a button "Offer Job" then you have the same window as the current job search assignment where you put all the duties, but it would go directly to him as a private message with a button to accept or decline. Either that or significantly cut the costs down. 10% of a company's net worth just to find an employee for a week is ridiculous. No wonder not a single person has posted any jobs in the new server. |
