The factory/building animation (suggestion)

Should take care of it the issue. It's been stated that the animation of the rotating gears is really just 2 small gifs over eachother, shouldn't slow down your pc.

Its probably not the computers fault but the explorer you are using, i already told this to Scott and he's looking into it.
