Wanted: Direct B2B Trade / Selling Interface

I was thinking it could be incredibly useful to have some kind of trade interface where companies could trade a product, or even multiple products, in exchange for other products, or even cash, all in one transaction. This would make it easier for companies to strike deals with each other, or setup some sort of supply agreement, without having to risk the goods being sniped on the open B2B market.

This is somewhat related to the idea of being able to place Buy Orders in addition to the Sell Orders (also would be very nice to have too!) but my variation would make it a bit easier for companies to work together and have more control over the transactions.
