Posted on May 21, 2012 Probably they had one unit of Q999 water from an odd event a while back where single Q999 products were handed out. Then, much more recently, different quality items were mixed to together in the db with weighted-average quality; one unit of Q999 water plus many units of Q0 water yielded many-plus-one units of Q0.02 water.

Posted on May 21, 2012 There was a time when most products in people's warehouses were normalized to Q30, including water and electricity. Mix in a bunch of Q0, and voila.
