Would eliminating the cap on stock prices liquidate the mark

Plus, it earned my personal account cash which I used to start a second company. How else can new players start multiple companies, if they don't sell shares to other players who sit on billions of cash?

Just issue a 10:1 stock split, and you have 10 times as many shares and the price goes down to 1/10th of what it was before. This makes it easy to avoid any inconvenience of the price cap.
