I don't completely understand this post. By bad, do you mean evil? I've had some trouble with Shouvik as an employee (buying his stuff expensive from my comp etc).

Please tell me you fired his butt, Mark.
Graham: What were the details of that deal? Did you deep discount him? If not, what difference does it make that he re-listed at a higher price? Context is everything on that one.

This game has always attracted less than ethical players. They don't usually last long, even with Scott in absentee mode. But they are annoying and posts like this help everyone avoid them. When no one plays into them, the game is harder and less fun for them. Cudos to Gaspar for the thread.

he made a bad move in my view buying an item and just reposting it.
(433834 units of gold at 200 which he reposted at 300 a unit)
nothing wrong about the trade just not too smart in my book.

That depends Graham. I used to do that with water when I first started and I made tons of money doing that. The average price was around 0.45 and every once in a while someone would post a lot for 0.20 cents and it would get bought up quick. Whatever I could afford I would buy and re-post for 0.40 cents and it always sold in an hour or two.

On the other hand, someone was trying to do that with my fruit, buying it and re-posting it for a higher price. But that didn't work out, as before his over-priced fruit would sell my production cycle would finish and I would post more for my price, resulting in him never being able to sell that fruit he bought from me in the first place, except in a store for little profit, if any.

I did indeed fire his ass pretty much right when I found out. Only I wasn't paying close attention to my company at the time, so it took me about 4 days to find out why my company kept running out of money.

The funny thing was that he acted REALLY surprised when I fired him.

I am happy to add the name of LeeRoy Isax to the list. I have had one exchange with said individual, and I have no respect of liking of him/her of any kind. The nasty attitude and obvious ethically challenged "achievements" are only eclipsed by the megalomania encapsulated within his/her IGMs.

What happened between you and Isax? I have had him as an employee for several consecutive terms without any problems. I even let him have two of my companies after I wanted to get rid of them.
