Posted on Jul 12, 2012 Derpy Derp-Derp took control of Kemp Hardy Housewares for a few hours earlier today in an effort to tear down all of the buildings owned by KHH and liquidate their assets. Unlike in the Fuller and Sons case, Derpy Derp-Derp had to invest hundreds of millions of dollars to fund his effort in corporate destruction. His actions were not in the interest of the shareholders of KHH. I, as chairman of KHH, seek remuneration for the damage done to KHH, a company that the Dildain holdings have invested considerable time and energy into to try to return to a profitable enterprise.
