I agree--#2 is fine by me. One thing that would be nice would be to gray out items being worked on in other R&D buildings so I can tell at a glance what else is already being worked on.

Voting #2, but I should clarify what I think I'm voting for. It's only impossible to research "Item" in a building if it's not queued already in a different building.

I can still move a product R&D back and forth between buildings as long as the product isn't queued already, right?

I voted for option #2 above, but had another idea, for an option #3. This is, to have a single research queue. When a lab finishes researching, it pops the top available research off the queue. A particular research would be unavailable if a lower level is already being worked on somewhere else, or if the player has earmarked it for faster research -- you've got to have a way to ensure your Q60 grape research goes to your 1000 sq m lab and not the 10 sq m starter lab.

Pigpiling on #2. It's a simple, straightforward fix. The cases that it legitimately impacts are pretty aberrant rather than common, so low overall impact on the playerbase.

Any disenfranchised aberrations are welcome to a hug and some sympathy.

Feel like I'm tossing my vote into a landslide, but #2 please. Perfectly reasonable

Researches on same products are sequential, so no makes sense research in diferent building.

I saw the switch over, and there may be a bug. Posted report in suggestions, technical support and feedback format.

Wow, you're quick. I'm aware of it and it was fixed.

Unfortunately all existing multi-building researches are still bugged and you may want to cancel those.
