If you have trouble "signing in while signed in"
Please click on logout now, and then log back in. There turned out to be more server settings that needed configuring that weren't originally required before the migration.

Some "normally correct but no longer working configuration" just decided to stop working on RJ and EOS earlier today, and I converted them to some new config that worked. Same thing happened to the forum in the last hour, but strangely only in the last hour. I'm converting anything I see that is still using the old config.

For those of you who'd like to create your own site - let me just say.. XAMPP worked really well, I've never had ANY of the problems on my local server (localhost) while using it.

After not too much trouble, everything seems right from what I'm seeing.

Let me know if anything's wrong (besides missing or extra sales ticks today), and I'll try to fix it.

This definitely applies to you
Use the latest Chrome, Firefox, or even IE. Refresh your browser cache. (Ctrl+R or F5 on Windows, or tap around in the settings on mobile browsers)

EDIT: Since it's incorrect to assume all IE users will know how to enable Active Script or put trusted sites into Trusted Zone, I'll just say... if you're using IE and having problem with it, switch to Chrome. (Chrome is much easier than Firefox for casual PC users)

This probably does not happen to you, but if it does...
If your password stopped working, please just reset it on this page:

(I don't remember if I changed the input filters and the hashing algorithms on the passwords before putting them into the database, but don't ask me for your password because I don't store them directly)

Scott, I still see no buildings (stuck on 'loading...') and nothing in the warehouse or b2b.

Nope, I see everything, and BTW your layout is much better than mine.

I'd say... use the newest Chrome, Firefox, or even IE. I haven't tested on Safari.
You might have to clean cache. (Ctrl+R or F5)

I was using the latest Chrome - but clearing the cache did the trick - thanks!

Everything looks wonderful Scott, and it performs a lot faster too. I have a question however. How does the product request system work? Would I be requesting a product from another player's company or would I be requesting a product from a NPC company?

It'll be similar to the questing delivery system before the update. So other players can deliver straight to your company, provided you have enough cash sitting around.

I think you missed a line in the changelog. Cash transfers into private companies are taxable now? As income?

When I looked at the source code I found it was actually logged under revenue... so I just added a note.

In other words we can sell to other players directly now? That sounds wonderful if that happens to be the case.

Not directly, since you can't say "only buy from X" on your request.

So in other words I can make a request for something and if someone has that they can choose to fill that request and anyone can fill that request if they wanted to do so?

Is there going to be a way to hide NPC requests or only show player requests?
